Cydnee Bayless joined the Mount Vernon Youth Bureau team in March of 2022. She was born and raised on the West Coast, but has strong familial ties to the Mount Vernon community. Her education was furthered at Spelman College, where graduated in 2009 with a degree in Comparative Women's Studies.
