R4L - HBCU College Tour

Ready4Life (R4L) participants will "hit the road" during the inaugural Mount Vernon Youth Bureau HBCU College tour. Schools they will visit include: to visit Howard University, Virginia State University, Norfolk State University, Lincoln University, and Delaware State University.
