The Mount Vernon Youth Bureau C.A.P.P program and the Community That Cares coalition is hosting a Youth-led Town Hall Meeting focused on preventing underage drinking, vaping and other risky behaviors. Please join us for this informative event. There will be performances by your peers and refreshments.
